Luganville is served by Santo-Pekoa International Airport (IATA: SON), about 7 km north of town. Air Vanuatu operates regular flights from Port Vila on Efate; the flight takes 30 to 45 minutes. Small aircraft connect to outer islands. There are no direct international services to Santo — you will connect through Port Vila.
A weekly cargo-passenger ferry also runs between Port Vila and Luganville for travellers with more time and less urgency.
