There are no direct flights to Vlorë. Fly to Tirana (Rinas Airport) and take a bus or minivan south — about an hour and a half on the SH8 coastal road.
From Italy, ferries run from Brindisi to Vlorë. Several companies operate the route, usually departing Brindisi around 23:00 and arriving at 07:30. The service runs daily in summer and most days in winter except Sundays.
