Shaki Waterfall drops about 18 metres through a rocky gorge near Sisian. It is an easy nature stop in the Syunik region, often paired with nearby archaeological sites such as Carahunge.
The waterfall's flow can be affected by a local hydroelectric diversion, so it is worth checking locally before making a special trip. In the tourist season, daytime visits are usually the safest bet.
