One of Graz's best Japanese restaurants, with a 25-metre sushi conveyor belt for the all-you-can-eat crowd and a strong à la carte menu for those who want to sit and think. The bento box at lunch is a good deal. The wine list is an odd mix of Spanish, Italian and Austrian bottles — it works better than it sounds.
