North of Julfa town, on the lower slopes of the Daridaq range, are the Daridaq mineral springs — a cluster of natural springs long valued for their medicinal properties. The carbonated water from these springs has been drunk locally for generations as a treatment for digestive ailments, and the area has a modest spa tradition that predates Soviet interest in the region's mineral waters.
The springs themselves are set in dry, rocky hillside terrain that offers good views south toward the Araz Valley and Iran. There is no elaborate facility here — this is a working local resource rather than a tourist attraction — but visitors passing through Julfa often stop to taste the water and take a brief walk in the surrounding hills.
