The Hill of Arts, better known in Brussels as Mont des Arts, is the slope between the Royal Palace area and the Grand-Place. Its formal garden, staircases, and cultural buildings make it one of the city's best short walks.
The view is the reason to pause: from the upper terraces you look over the old centre, with the Grand-Place below and, on clear days, the Koekelberg Basilica and Atomium in the distance.
