Ebeltoft's town centre is a compact heritage area of cobbled lanes, half-timbered houses, and small squares close to the harbor and the town's main museums. It gives the town much of its appeal, especially because the old streets are easy to explore on foot.
It is best treated as a slow walk rather than a single sight. Combine it with the Old Town Hall, Fregatten Jylland, and the Glass Museum.
