Local History Museum

Fredensborg's Local History Museum tells the story of the surrounding area from one of Denmark's early public school buildings, dating from the 1720s. The displays include an old classroom, local history exhibits, and decorative tiles.

It is a small museum rather than a headline sight, but it works well as a short stop for visitors spending time around Fredensborg Palace and Lake Esrum.
