By train: Horsens is on the main DSB rail line between Copenhagen and Aarhus. Journey times are around 2h 45min from Copenhagen and 30 minutes from Aarhus. The station is central, a short walk from the main attractions.
By car: Horsens sits on the E45 motorway (Aarhus–Hamburg), making it easily reached from most of Jutland. Parking in the town centre is metered during business hours; there is free parking on the outskirts.
By bus: Regional buses connect Horsens to surrounding towns and villages in East Jutland. Aarhus Airport (Tirstrup) is about 50 kilometres north and serves routes to Copenhagen and some international destinations.
