Tryggelev Nor is a shallow coastal lagoon on Langeland's western shore, formed behind a narrow barrier beach. Part of Geopark Det Sydfynske Øhav, the nor and its surrounding coastal heath are an important habitat for wading birds and wildfowl, and one of the quieter natural areas on the island. A dirt track leads to the beach ridge; beyond it the lagoon stretches south toward the open Belt Sea.
