Domme has a handful of restaurants clustered around the main square and the Belvédère terrace, most of them serving traditional Périgord cuisine: duck confit, foie gras, walnut salad, and truffle dishes in season. The Thursday market is worth planning around — local producers set up on the central square and the quality of the charcuterie and cheese is very good.
L'Esplanade at the top of the village has a terrace with a spectacular valley view and serious regional cooking. Prices are high by local standards but the setting justifies it for a special meal.
