Cagnes-sur-Mer is on the main coastal rail line between Nice and Antibes; trains run frequently and the journey from Nice takes about ten minutes (Cagnes-sur-Mer station). A second station, Cros-de-Cagnes, serves the beach area. The A8 motorway passes north of the town, with exits for both the upper and lower town.
Nice Côte d'Azur airport is about 12km east, roughly fifteen minutes by car or by bus (the No. 200 coastal bus connects the airport with Cagnes-sur-Mer). The train is the most convenient option for a day trip from Nice or Antibes.
