Mancini is a small, dark, half-timbered pub tucked into a back street of the old town, run by people who care about what they pour. The beer list runs to several dozen Belgian, French, and craft taps and bottles; the whisky shelf has more than a hundred bottles, mostly Scottish single malts, with a few good Japanese and Irish picks.
There is no food beyond the bar snacks, but the place is welcoming for a long drink and conversation. It gets full and noisy on weekend evenings. On weeknights it is one of the few interior bars in Blois where you can sit with a serious dram and not feel rushed.
