Giverny has no rail station. The nearest is Vernon, 5km away, served by regular trains from Paris Saint-Lazare (about 75 minutes). From Vernon station, taxis and seasonal shuttle buses cover the last stretch to Giverny. Bicycles can be hired in Vernon for the flat riverside ride.
By car from Paris, take the A13 motorway toward Rouen and exit at Bonnières or Vernon. The drive is about 75km and takes around an hour. Coaches from Paris also serve Giverny, particularly in the tourist season.
