The nearest airport is Nice Cote d'Azur, about 75 km away. Toulon-Hyeres airport is also an option at roughly 65 km. From both airports, the practical approach is to hire a car — public transport to Port Grimaud is slow and infrequent. By car from Nice, follow the A8 motorway and exit at Le Muy or Sainte-Maxime; the village is signposted from there.
A seasonal ferry service connects Port Grimaud with Saint-Tropez across the bay, taking 20–30 minutes. This is the most pleasant way to arrive if you are already in Saint-Tropez and want to make a half-day visit. Boats run regularly in summer.
