Gegsky Waterfall drops from the northern spurs of the Gagra Range, roughly 60 to 70 metres down a steep, forested mountainside. It is one of the more dramatic natural sights inland from Gagra, especially when combined with the mountain road toward Lake Ritsa.
Access depends on road and weather conditions, so ask locally before setting out. The reward is a cool, noisy break from the Black Sea coast.
