The Akademisches Kunstmuseum is Bonn University's classical art museum, built around ancient sculpture, casts, and archaeological teaching collections. It is quieter and more academic than Bonn's larger museums, but that is also its charm: the displays show how generations learned to look at Greece and Rome.
