Old Jewish Cemetery

Mainz's Old Jewish Cemetery is part of the UNESCO-listed SchUM Sites of Speyer, Worms and Mainz. The burial ground has served the Jewish community since the 10th century, making it one of the most important Jewish heritage sites in Germany.

Access to the interior can be limited for preservation and safety reasons, but the site remains an important stop for understanding Mainz's medieval Jewish history.
