The Chapel of Panagia Faneromeni is a small blue-and-white seaside church on Kassandra, more memorable for its setting than for its scale. It is the kind of easy stop that works well on a slow drive around the peninsula: a quiet chapel, a local religious story, and open views across the water.
Do not expect a major monument. Come for a few minutes of calm, a photograph, and the contrast between the whitewashed walls and the blue Aegean beyond them.
