Run by an Italian couple from the Marche who arrived twenty years ago and never went back, this small gelateria on Farmakopoulou Street makes some of the best ice cream in Greece — proper Italian style, with seasonal fruit flavours from the Argolid and a pistachio that holds its own against anything in Sicily.
There are a couple of stools at the bar and tables outside on the pedestrianised street. Coffee, granita and proper espresso are all available. The queue out the door on July evenings is a Nafplio rite of passage.
