The Ferenczy Museum is the main fine-art collection in Szentendre, devoted primarily to the work of Károly Ferenczy (1862–1917) — Hungary's foremost Impressionist — and to his children Valér, Noémi, and Béni, who each worked in distinct disciplines: painting, tapestry, and sculpture respectively.
Set in a Baroque townhouse on the square just behind the Belgrade Cathedral, the museum also rotates exhibitions of contemporary Hungarian art and material from the wider Szentendre artists' colony of the 20th century. Open Tuesday to Sunday; admission charged.
