Tucked into a narrow laneway off Henry Street, the Mews has the feel of a private supper club. The dining room seats fewer than thirty across two small rooms, with rough stone walls, candle-light, and an open hatch through to the kitchen. The menu is short — five or six starters, the same number of mains — and changes every week or two.
Cooking is precise and unfussy, built around the same local ingredients you see on every Kenmare menu but handled with restraint. Bookings sell out a week ahead in summer. Go early in the evening if you want to hear yourself talk over the small dining room's lively buzz.
