Pordenone has a railway station on the Venice–Udine line, making it easily accessible from both cities. Trains from Venice take about 1 hour 20 minutes; from Udine about 30–40 minutes. The station is on the western edge of the historic centre, a ten-minute walk from the Corso.
By car, Pordenone is on the A28 autostrada connecting the A4 (Milan–Venice–Trieste) with Udine. From Venice it takes about an hour. There is ample parking on the edges of the historic centre. By bus, there are regular services from Venice (Flixbus and regional operators) and from Udine and Trieste.
