The parish church stands at the heart of Cisano, opposite the civic tower. The current building is largely 17th-century Baroque, replacing an earlier medieval church, with a single nave and side chapels. The interior preserves several 17th-century altarpieces of local manufacture and a wooden Crucifix from the same period that is carried in procession during Holy Week.
The bell tower next door was originally a late Romanesque campanile, later adapted as the village's civic watchtower — a transition from religious to civic function visible in the slightly mismatched masonry.
