The Lerrone valley offers several marked walking trails through varied countryside. The lower slopes are covered in olive groves and vineyards; higher up, the terrain gives way to chestnut forest. The trails are quiet and largely unfrequented — a sharp contrast to the popular coastal paths — and the views up the valley toward the Ligurian Apennines are good. Paths start from the village and are well-signed. Go in spring when the landscape is at its greenest or in autumn when the chestnuts are down and the vines are turning.
