Ventimiglia is the last stop on the Italian side of the Genoa-Ventimiglia railway line, with frequent regional trains from Genoa (about 2.5 hours) and connections along the Riviera. Cross-border trains continue to Menton and Nice. By car, take the A10 motorway from Genoa and exit at Ventimiglia, or follow the old Via Aurelia (SS1) along the coast. The nearest airport is Genoa Cristoforo Colombo (GOA), about 150 km east, though Nice Cote d'Azur (NCE) across the border is closer at roughly 40 km.
