A Milanese institution open since 1947, credited with inventing the Negroni Sbagliato — a Negroni made with prosecco instead of gin, accidentally discovered when a bartender reached for the wrong bottle. The bar is all dark wood, low lighting, and serious cocktails; the Sbagliato is still served in an oversized glass and is still the thing to order.
No reservations, no DJ, no nonsense. Go between 18:00 and 20:00 for the proper aperitivo hour.
