Opening Hours Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00; closed Mon–Tue

Giorgio Armani opened this museum in 2015 to mark the 40th anniversary of his house, converting a 1950s grain store on Via Bergognone into four floors of his own work. The name keeps the building's industrial past — the silos — while the interior is stripped back to clean concrete galleries arranged around an open central well.

The collection draws on more than 600 garments and several hundred accessories from 1980 onward, rotated through thematic displays: the deconstructed jackets that made his name, the muted "greige" palette, the eveningwear. It is less a chronological retrospective than a study of a single designer's obsessions, and it works best if you have any interest in how clothes are cut. The ground-floor digital archive lets you browse decades of collections on screen.
