Passo Coe, a few kilometres southeast of Folgaria at around 1,600 metres, is the gateway to the best walking on the plateau. From here, a network of waymarked trails spreads across open highland terrain: south toward Lavarone and its lake, north toward the ridge overlooking the Adige valley, and east into the quieter meadows around Serrada.
Most walks are moderate in difficulty, crossing highland meadows dotted with gentians and edelweiss in summer. The longer circuit via Forte di Luserna and back takes a full day but rewards with panoramic views and several WWI fortification sites along the ridge. Cycling on the plateau is equally good — the roads between Folgaria, Lavarone, and Luserna are quiet and well surfaced.
