Borca lies on the SS51 road that runs the length of the Boite valley between Belluno and Cortina d'Ampezzo. There is no rail link to the upper Cadore.
By car: From Venice or Treviso, take the A27 motorway north until it ends at Pian di Vedoia, then follow the SS51 north through Longarone and the valley. Borca is signposted between Vodo di Cadore and San Vito di Cadore. Allow about two and a half hours from Venice in normal conditions, longer in peak winter weekends when the road jams.
By bus: Dolomiti Bus runs services from Belluno and Calalzo-Pieve di Cadore (the nearest railway station, 25 km south) up the valley to Cortina, stopping in Borca. The frequency is good in winter and summer, sparse in shoulder season.
By train: The nearest station is Calalzo-Pieve di Cadore, terminus of a regional line from Padua via Belluno. Onward travel is by bus or taxi.
