Džepane

Džepane, sometimes described as Bitola's fortress, is the site of Ottoman-era fortifications built in 1876. The barracks were later used during both world wars, and several buildings and stretches of wall still stand.

The site is rough and not presented like a formal museum, so it is best for visitors already interested in Bitola's military history. Pair it with Heraclea Lyncestis or the military cemeteries rather than making it a standalone trip.
