Duf Falls drop through thick forest just outside Rostusa, reached by an easy half-hour walk along the canyon of the Rostusa River. The falls are not huge, but the wooded gorge and year-round water make the hike a worthwhile stop in the Mavrovo area.
The route has fixed equipment near the falls, and some visitors descend closer to the water by rope. Most people will be happy with the canyon walk and the view from the trail.
