The Church of the Holy Mother of God stands in the historic village of Slegovo, just outside Kratovo. Built in 1861, it is a stone village church with an arched porch, a handsome bell tower, and several old icons inside, including some older than the church itself.
It is a quiet stop for travellers exploring the villages and religious sites around Kratovo, especially when combined with Lesnovo Monastery or the Stone Town of Kuklica.
