Perast's restaurant options are limited but the setting more than compensates. All the main places are on the waterfront, looking directly out at the two islands. Adriatic fish and grilled seafood dominate the menus, with Montenegrin meat dishes — lamb, veal, peka — alongside. Book or arrive early in high season.
