There is exactly one place to drink in Noordpolderzijl, and it happens to be the only inhabited building in the hamlet. 't Zielhoes — the Sluice House — has been drawing visitors from across the province for decades, as much for its living-room atmosphere and folk music sessions as for its position at the edge of the Wadden Sea.
