Zierikzee has no railway station. Buses connect it with Goes, Rotterdam Zuidplein, and other towns on Schouwen-Duiveland. By car, the N256 reaches town from Goes over the Zeeland Bridge, while the N59 links it with Rotterdam and the western island beaches.
