The big ticket is the cape itself — the steel globe, the view over the Arctic Ocean, and the visitor centre at Nordkapphallen. Beyond that, boat trips from Honningsvåg go out to the bird cliffs at Gjesværstappan for puffins, kittiwakes and white-tailed eagles; short hikes lead along the coast to the Kirkeporten natural arch; and the whole of Magerøya is spectacular walking country in the few summer months.
