Getting There

Poznan sits on the main Berlin-Warsaw rail corridor, making it one of the best-connected cities in Poland. Fast trains from Warsaw take about two and a half hours; from Berlin about three hours. The main station, Poznan Glowny, is a short walk or tram ride from the city centre. Intercity and Express services run frequently on both routes.

Poznan Lawica Airport handles domestic flights from Warsaw and Krakow, as well as some European connections. A taxi or rideshare from the airport to the city centre takes about 15-20 minutes.

By car, Poznan is on the A2 motorway connecting Berlin and Warsaw, about 310km from Warsaw and 285km from Berlin.
