One of the more reliable choices in the city centre for traditional Romanian and Transylvanian cooking. The menu covers the expected bases — ciorba de burtă (tripe soup), grilled meats, sarmale (stuffed cabbage rolls) — done with care and without the tourist-trap pricing that sometimes accompanies a central location. The terrace is pleasant in summer. Pălincă is available by the glass or bottle.
