Solomon's Cliffs

Solomon's Cliffs are a rocky hiking area southwest of the old centre, linked to a local story about a Hungarian king who escaped here. The trails are useful for a short escape from town, with routes for walking, biking, and climbing around the gorge and forested slopes.

Bus 50 runs out from central Brasov. The cliffs work best as a half-day outdoor stop rather than a major sight: come for the walk, the rock scenery, and the quieter edge of the city.
