Skuratov is the Kazan branch of one of Russia's best independent coffee roasters, based in Omsk and well distributed across the major Russian cities. The Profsoyuznaya Street branch is small but bright, with a long bar and a few window seats.
Single-origin pour-over, flat white, espresso, and seasonal cold brews are all reliably done. Light food — pastries, granola — at breakfast time. The kind of place you might queue at on a Saturday morning. A second branch sits in the Mega shopping centre.
