Kranjska Gora has no railway station. The nearest useful rail access is at Jesenice, with onward buses through the Upper Sava valley. Buses also connect Kranjska Gora with Ljubljana, Bled, and nearby villages, though services thin out outside peak periods.
Driving gives the most flexibility, especially for Zelenci, Planica, and Vršič Pass. In winter, check road conditions and carry the equipment required for alpine roads.
