Carmona is 33km east of Seville and easily reached by public transport. The 228 bus runs regularly from Seville's Prado de San Sebastián bus station and takes under an hour; it is the most practical option if you are not driving.
By car from Seville, take the A-4 motorway towards Córdoba and exit at Carmona — the old town is well signposted. There is parking near the Puerta de Sevilla and around the lower town. Carmona is also en route between Seville and Córdoba if you are travelling by road.
There is no train station in Carmona itself.
