By train: Vinaròs is on the main Renfe Mediterranean corridor line, with frequent services to Valencia (about 2 hours) and Tarragona (45 minutes–1 hour). The station is central, about 10 minutes' walk from the port. From Barcelona, change at Tarragona or take a direct Euromed service (around 2.5 hours).
By car: Vinaròs is directly on the AP-7 toll motorway (exit Vinaròs) and also accessible via the free N-340 coastal road. Barcelona is 180 kilometres north; Valencia is 150 kilometres south.
By bus: Regional ALSA buses connect Vinaròs to Castellón, Valencia, and Barcelona, and to inland towns including Morella and Benicarló.
