Fridolfs has been baking on Lilla Norregatan since 1924 and still does the things Swedish bakeries do best: cardamom buns, princess cakes, the chocolate balls called chokladbollar, and a steady supply of cinnamon-laden kanelbullar. The café side serves coffee, sandwiches, and the daily lunch. The room has not been overly modernised.
A reliable mid-morning fika stop on a walk through the old town. Closed Sundays. Wallander fans will recognise it from the books.
