One of Carouge's most reliable restaurants — a traditional French brasserie in a handsome 19th-century room with tiled floors, wooden panelling, and a zinc bar. The menu covers steak tartare, entrecôte, fondue in winter, and daily fish specials. Not cheap by the standards of the neighbourhood, but generous portions and a properly professional kitchen.
The terrace on the side street is one of the better places to sit in summer. Booking is advisable for Friday and Saturday evenings.
