One of the oldest bars in Carouge — a slightly scruffy, genuinely local place that has been serving wine and beer to the neighbourhood for decades. The interior is dark wood and worn stools; the clientele ranges from construction workers at lunchtime to artists in the evening. No food beyond bar snacks.
It is exactly the kind of bar that Carouge does well and Geneva proper lacks: cheap, unpretentious, open late.
