Saint Nicholas Church (Mykolayivska Tserkva) is one of the older surviving religious buildings in Vinnytsia, a Ukrainian Orthodox church in the southern part of the city centre. The church dates from the late 18th or early 19th century and survived the Soviet period in modified form, having been repurposed for a time before returning to religious use after Ukrainian independence.
The building represents the regional tradition of Ukrainian Orthodox ecclesiastical architecture, with a relatively modest scale compared to the grander Transfiguration Cathedral on the riverbank. It serves an active parish and visitors are welcome outside of service hours. The surrounding neighbourhood has a quieter, more residential character than the busy Soborna Street area and is worth a short detour for those interested in the city's architectural heritage.
