By train. Waltham Cross station is on the West Anglia Main Line, with frequent trains from London Liverpool Street (about 30 minutes) via Tottenham Hale. Theobalds Grove station on the London Overground (Weaver line) sits a few minutes north of the high street and connects to Liverpool Street via Hackney Downs.
By car. The M25 motorway passes a couple of miles south at Junction 25, with the A10 (Great Cambridge Road) feeding directly into Waltham Cross from London or from the north. Parking is easy and cheap by London standards.
By bus. Local Arriva and Hertfordshire-area buses serve the town from Enfield, Cheshunt, and Hertford. The Eleanor Cross is at the centre of the bus interchange so all services stop close to it.
