Hove has its own railway station on the Brighton main line, with direct trains from London Victoria and London Bridge taking around an hour. Services run approximately every ten minutes during peak hours. The station is in the centre of Hove and walkable to most of the seafront and the Brunswick Town area.
Alternatively, Brighton station (a busier terminus with more frequent services) is a twenty-minute walk or short bus ride east. The two stations are effectively interchangeable for most visitors. From Brighton, Hove is immediately to the west — you can walk the seafront from the Palace Pier to Hove's beach huts in about forty minutes.
London Gatwick Airport is 30 km north, with direct trains to Brighton taking about 30 minutes.
